Contracts and intellectual property
Every engagement is governed by a written agreement under the law of England and Wales. On payment, all intellectual property in the work we create for you is assigned to you in full.
Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where we handle personal data on your behalf, we put a data processing agreement in place.
Confidentiality
We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share the details of your project, and we treat everything you share as confidential regardless.
Invoicing and payment
We invoice in pounds sterling. Fixed-scope builds are invoiced in stages tied to delivery, and ongoing arrangements are invoiced monthly in advance.
