Terms of service
Last updated 17 September 2026.
These terms cover use of this website. They are a starting point, not legal advice — have a solicitor review them, and note that client work is governed by a separate signed agreement rather than by this page.
Using this site
This site is provided by Zero Horizon Ltd for information. By using it you agree not to misuse it — no attempts to disrupt it, no automated scraping that degrades it for others, and no use of it to send unlawful or abusive content through the contact form.
No offer or guarantee
Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a quote. Timelines and descriptions of our process are indications of how we usually work. A project is only agreed once both sides sign a written proposal setting out scope, price and dates.
Our own products
Apps and platforms shown under “Our work” are our own products, and their own terms apply to their use. Their presence here is a demonstration of capability, not a promise of an identical outcome for your project.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to Zero Horizon Ltd. Third-party names, logos and screenshots remain the property of their owners. For client work, ownership of what we build for you transfers to you as set out in your project agreement.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate, but it is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
