Verity Studio is a concept, not a client. It shows a salon booking by stylist and by service, with the client record a colourist actually needs open in front of them.
Why this one
A salon's problem is not taking bookings, it is the gaps. A no-show on a three-hour colour costs an afternoon, and the rebooking that would have prevented it is easiest to ask for at the till — not in an email a week later.
What it would include
- Book by stylist, service or first available
- Deposits on long appointments to cut no-shows
- Rebooking prompt at checkout, not a week later
- Colour history and patch-test dates on the client record
